The KinemaGaitScan Apparatus is a customized developed system for software KinemaGaitScan, which achieves  3D Kinematic and Gait Analysis for Rodent on Treadmill.

The core part is a  (modified) treadmill, manufactured by Columbus Instruments, which is combined with specially designed light boxes and camera setups around it. Five high speed cameras are exploited, One for Ventral View,  Two for Front and another Two for Back. Cameras in Front and Back are used to detect and track  joint makers, calculate 3D coordinates and fulfill further 3D Kinematic  Analysis.
